FIA – Founders, Institute & Alumni Day 2010

Founder, Institute and Alumni day was celebrated on 7^th April 2010.

• MITAA President welcomed the gathering and commenced the programme
• Dr. P. Mannar Jawahar – VC gave the Presidential address
• Dean-MIT Mr. Joseph Stanley read out the MIT Annual report
• Mr. V. Balasubramanian Founder’s family and Dr. S. Shanmugavel Registrar extended their Felicitations
• Shri Rajam Memorial Lecture was given by Mr. V. Ramakumar, of 26^th Batch , who was honoured as the Outstanding Alumnus.
• Mr. L. Ramkumar MD-Tube Investments of India, the Chief Guest for the event gave the keynote address
• Mr. D. Varadarajan CGM, BSNL also addressed the gathering
• MITAA team of Mr. R. Balaji, Mr. T.M. Jawaharlal, Mr. S. Rajagopalan, Mr. N. Ramachandram, Mr. V. Mathiyazhagan also spoke and distributed prizes, awards to top ranking students
